With experience at Uber, where I helped optimise operations across major markets and worked on strategic projects involving McDonald’s UK, and currently at Just Eat, I bring a proven track record of saving time, cutting costs, and building smarter systems that drive growth.

Outside of big tech, I also founded and successfully sold a direct-to-consumer clothing brand. Running every part of the business - product development, fulfilment, marketing, and ops - I learned how to move fast, optimise lean processes, and build scalable systems from the ground up. That hands-on experience helps me relate to founders and operators on a practical level, not just strategic.
